Return and Refund Policy

1. Withdrawal from Contract (Physical Goods Only)

According to § 1829 of the Czech Civil Code, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. This right applies only to physical (non-digital) products.

To withdraw from the contract, please contact us by email at info@didadiv.cz. You must then return the goods no later than 14 days from the date you notify us of your withdrawal.

The goods must be undamaged, unused, and preferably in their original packaging. The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from improper handling.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (such as downloadable files, methodologies, or scenarios) cannot be returned or refunded once the process of downloading or accessing them has begun.

By purchasing digital content, the customer expressly agrees to waive the right of withdrawal from the contract, as stipulated in § 1837(l) of the Czech Civil Code.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer. In case of an accepted complaint, these costs may be refunded to the buyer.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
